  • Day 1: Tashkent

    Arrival to Tashkent International airport.

    Meeting and transfer to the hotel (check in time at 14:00).

    Excursion: Khasti Imam complex, Barakhan madrasah, Kaffal-Shoshi mausoleum (XV c), Juma mosque. Kukeldash madrasah and Chorsu bazaar. Amir Temur square, Independence square.

    Dinner.

    Night in Tashkent.

  • Day 2: Tashkent - Khiva

    Early breakfast.

    Transfer to Tashkent domestic airport for morning flight at (2,3,6) 07:00 HY-1051 to Urgench.

    Arrival in Urgench at 08:40.

    Transfer to Khiva (35 km)

    Accommodation at the hotel.

    Sightseeng tour over "Museum under the open sky»: Ichan-Kala architectural complex (XII-XIX cc), residence of the last Khan including Ismail Khoja mausoleum, Mohammed Amin Khan madrasah, Kunya-Ark Castle (XVI-XVII cc), Kalta Minor tower, Tash-Hovli Palace (XIX c), Pakhlavan Makhmud mausoleum (XIV-XVIII cc), Juma mosque (X c)

    Night in Khiva.

  • Day 3: Khiva - Bukhara

    Breakfast.

    Transfer to Bukhara via Kizil-Kum desert along Caravan Road (480 km, 7-8 hours)

    Arrival in Bukhara.

    Accomodation at the hotel.

    Free time for leisure.

    Dinner.

    Night in Bukhara.

  • Day 4: Bukhara

    Breakfast.

    City tour: Mausoleum of Samanids' (IX-X cc), Chashma Ayub, Bolo-Hauz mosque (beginning of the XX c), Citadel Ark.

    Lunch at the national restaurant.

    Continuation of city tour program: Lyabi Khauz ensemble (XIV-XVII cc), which consists of a pool, Honako of Nodir Divan Begim, Kukeldash madrasah, Nodir Divan Begi madrasah. Coumpol bazaar, Minaret Kalon (XII-XIV cc), Kalon mosque (XV c), Madrasah Miri Arab (XVI c)

    Dinner with national folklore in Nadir-Divan-Begi madrasah.

    Night in Bukhara.

  • Day 5: Bukhara

    Breakfast.

    A trip out of the city: visit to Bakhouddin Nakshband mausoleum (XVI-XIX cc), to the sepulchers of his mother and his preceptor (XIV c), Emir's summer residence Sitorai Mohi-Khosa (XIX c), memorial necropolis Chor Bakr (X c)

    Dinner.

    Night in Bukhara.

  • Day 6: Bukhara - Nurota

    Breakfast.

    Transfer to Nurota (250 km)

    Arrival in Nurota.

    Sightseeing tour of Nurota: Mosque of Brothers Khasan and Khusayn (XV-XVII cc), Madrasah of Sheikh Khasan Nuri,  Namazgokh Mosque (XVI c), ruins of ancient fortress of Great Alexander, Chashma-Ayub.

    Drive to Aydarkul.

    Accommodation in yurts (with separate shower and WC outside)

    Dinner at traditional kazakh yurts by enjoying with songs of bakhshi - desert singer, around the fire.

  • Day 7: Nurota - Samarkand

    Breakfast in yurts.

    Camel riding.

    Lake Aydarkul - is a large closed lake in northern-east part of Uzbekistan, is an artificial water basin in Aydar-Arnasa system of the lakes occupying a total area of 4000 km². The system includes three lakes with salt water (actually Aydarkul, Arnasay and Tuscan). Area of Lake Aydarkul has good facility for rest, the pedestrian walks and trips astride horses and camels. Lake Aydarkul is capable to admire and fascinate the most tempted, many fine places seeing on earth. There are many varieties of fish and waterfowl here as well. Occasionally it is possible to meet pink pelicans, swans, white herons and other wildlife. Sailing, fishing, swimming and sun bursting. Picnic.

    Drive to Samarkand (220 km)

  • Day 8: Samarkand

    Breakfast.

    City tour: Afrosiab site and museum: It is the area of 212 hectares mostly hilly surrounded by a moat. Here was situated ancient Afrosiab (old name of Samarkand). It had existed from VI century BC till the XIII AD. Now archaeologists here continuously conduct excavations. The museum displays: the model of ancient city and fortress walls, pottery, weaponry, coinage, altars and most of all the mural painting of the 7th century, mausoleum Guri Emir - Tamerlane's Tomb (XIV-XV cc), Registan square which consists of Madrasah Ulugbek (XV c), Madrasah Sher-Dor (XVII c) and Madrasah Tilla-Kori (XVII c), Bibi-Khanum mosque and Siyab bazaar.

  • Day 9: Samarkand - Shakhrisabz - Samarkand

    Breakfast.

    Drive to Shakhrisabz by minibus.

    Sightseeing the ancient places of Shakhrisabz. Sightseeing tour of Shakhrisabz: Ak-Saray Palace - summer residence of Great Timur (XIV-XV cc), Mausoleum of Jahangir - the eldest and dearest son of Great Timur (XIV c), Complex Dar-Ut Saadat, Mosque of Imam Hazrat (XIV c), Gumbazi Saiidon, Darut-Tillavat (Kok Gumbaz Mosque) - was built by Ulugbek from the name of his father Shakhruh (XV c)

    Lunch.

    Free time.

    Drive to Samarkand by minibus.

    Dinner.

  • Day 10: Samarkand - Tashkent

    Breakfast.

    Architectural complex Shakhi-Zinda (XI-XV cc), Ulugbek's observatory (XV c), Mausoleum of Prophet Daniyar (XX c)

    Transfer to the railway station at 16:00.

    Transfer to Tashkent by express train "Afrosiyob" at 17:00.

    Arrival to Tashkent at 19:10.

    Meeting and transfer to the hotel.

  • Day 11: Tashkent - Ferghana

    Breakfast.

    Drive to Ferghana valley.

    The steep road which connects Ferghana Valley with the rest of Uzbekistan runs via pictures mountain pass Kamchik (2267 metr above the sea level). The first stop will be in the city of Kokand where you will visitKhudoyar Khan Palace, Jami Mosque, Norbutabey madrasah.

    Continue driving to Ferghana city.

  • Day 12: Ferghana - Margilan - Rishtan - Tashkent

    In the morning, drive from Ferghana to Margilan.

    Visit Said Akhmad Khoja madrasah. Today, madrasah is home to a number of craftsmen producing handmade carpets and silk. Have a walk on traditional market and continue to Yodgorlik Silk factory to see the production process of silk with traditional Ikat patterns. If it is Thursday or Sunday, visit Kumtepa bazaar, the largest market in Ferghana Valley.

    Drive to Rishtan to the house of a well-known ceramic master Rustam Usmanov whose works are exhibited on world exhibitions. Enjoy a pottery workshop and have a look at ceramic collection in a small museum.

    Return to Tashkent.

  • Day 13: Tashkent

    Breakfast.

    Check out time at 12:00.

    Transfer to Tashkent International Airport for flight to next destination (according to time table).
