Day 1: Bukhara
Arrival in Bukhara by flight HY 608 (1505/2055).
Bukhara - the legendary city of Bukhari Sharif, which in Persian means Noble Bukhara, the oldest fortified city in Central Asia with architectural monuments of the eastern Middle Ages, beautifully preserved to this day.
At the airport a guide will meet you and drive you to the hotel. -
Day 2: Bukhara
Bukhara is a real Eastern fairy tale. Almost all the monuments in Bukhara are within walking distance, and this will allow you to walk around the city during the whole excursion. You will visit Ark Citadel
and Lyabi-Hauz Ensemble.
After that - the culinary master class and lunch in the national house. Together with the owners of the house you will go to the bazaar to buy products for pilaf and shurpa. Returning from the bazaar to the house, you will participate in the preparation of Bukhara plov and balaza nokhat - one of the Uzbek soups and then all together dine.
After lunch you will continue the excursion: mausoleum of Ismail Samani, Poi-Kalyan complex,
Sitorai-Mohi Khosa palace,
Trade Domes
and much more.

Day 3: Bukhara - Gijduvan - Samarkand
Moving to Samarkand through Gijduvan - city of artisans and potters.
Gijduvan is known all over the world as a center of ceramics. Here you will visit the ceramic workshop of the hereditary master Alisher Narzullaev. He will acquaint you with the ancient technique of making ceramics. Here you can find the master at work, ask about the technique of execution, see the different types of ceramics produced and even make your own figure.
During the tour you will be invited to tea.
In the master's house you will have a culinary master class and dinner - this time cooking Gijduvan kebab and samsa.
Then the road to Samarkand, accommodation at the hotel and rest.

Day 4: Samarkand
Samarkand, which is also called "Rome of the East", has been a prosperous commercial and educational center since time immemorial.
You will start acquaintance with Samarkand from Ulugbek's Observatory,
world famous Registan Square
and tomb of Amir Timur - Gur Emir.
That day you will also prepare your own lunch, under the leadership of the owner of the national house. In the menu: manty and Uzbek soup mashhurds.
After lunch you will visit Bibi Khanum Mosque
and Shahi Zinda Necropolis.

Day 5: Samarkand
Transfer to the airport for a return flight.
